Can exercise be done during 1st week of pregnancy?
I just got my positive test and im so early, like barely 1 week. I used to do light walking and stretching daily but now thoda scared to continue. Is it ok to keep going or should i stop everything?
See, everyone's body is different, so what works for one might not work for another. Pls, for your and baby's safety, always confirm with your gynac first before starting any exercise. Don't take any chances with early pregnancy without proper medical advice.
Abhi recently delivery hui hai meri, and I remember first week maine kuch khaas exercise nahi kiya tha. Mostly just light walking around ghar pe. Doc ne bola tha jab tak bleed ho raha hai ya discomfort hai, avoid heavy stuff, so I listened.
Oh god, first week of pregnancy! I felt so tired and confused back then. Honestly, I mostly just rested and avoided anything strenuous. My body just wanted to slow down, you know, it was a lot to take in.
Haan bilkul kar sakte ho, but thoda light hi rakhna. Maine toh walking kiya tha aur yoga bhi kiya tha after consulting my gynac. Just listen to your body, that's key, don't overdo it!
Exercising in the first week? Hmm, I was more worried about booking my first doc appointment and understanding all the costs involved, haha. I think just light walking is fine, but don't overdo it. You need to save energy for all those upcoming tests and scans!
Look, for such things, it's always best to ask your gynac clearly. My doctor at the hospital gave me a very specific list of dos and don'ts for each trimester. Don't rely on random advice; your body is unique, so get proper medical guidance.
First week is very delicate, you know. I had a C-section recently, and recovery was a journey itself. For early pregnancy, just be extra careful. My doc just said gentle movements only, don't strain yourself at all, listen to your body's signals.
