My periods are a few days late and since two days my eyes feel strained and painful. Probably overthinking but cant help wondering if its connected. Did anyone notice eye stuff in their early days?
Eye discomfort can come from many things, screen strain, thyroid, low water. Its not a standard pregnancy clue. If you are trying to conceive, test after a missed period. And if eye pain keeps up, get a proper checkup, dont link everything to pregnancy.
On its own, no, eye pain isnt a pregnancy sign. But please note, if you are already pregnant and have eye pain with blurry vision, flashing lights or a bad headache, that needs urgent doctor attention as it can relate to BP. Otherwise get your eyes checked normally.
