Can fibroids interfere with pregnancy?

I was told i have a small fibroid before and now that im planning, this thought keeps coming back. Honestly thoda worried if it will create problems in conceiving or carrying. Has anyone here conceived with fibroids? pls share.

Haan, thoda dhyan rakhna padta hai but sab theek ho jata hai. My neighbor had a large fibroid but with regular doctor visits, she delivered a healthy baby boy. Bas doctor ki salah lete raho.
