Realistically the risk is small because sperm doesnt survive long outside the body. Direct contact with fresh sperm is the only way it even matters. Dont stress, but a test will give you certainty if period is delayed.
The chance is very low, but if fresh sperm on fingers directly enters the vagina there is a tiny possibility. Mostly it's not a concern. If you are worried and your period is late, just take a test to be sure.
