Can fist pregnancy scan don in week 5?

My doctor did an early scan around 6 weeks because at 5 it often shows just the sac. She said heartbeat usually comes a little after, so dont panic if 5 week scan shows little. Timing matters a lot here.

With my pregnancy after IVF they scanned a bit early to confirm location, but the doctor prepared me that 5 weeks shows very little. Try not to read too much into a too early scan, okay.

You can do it but at 5 weeks it may be too early to see much. I waited for the date my gynac gave and it was clearer. No point rushing and worrying.
