This is a class of antibiotics that doctors usually try to avoid in pregnancy unless really necessary. Please dont take it on your own, even if you have leftover tablets at home. Only your gynac should decide which antibiotic is safe for you.
I cant comment on the medicine itself. When I needed an antibiotic in pregnancy, my doctor picked a specific safe one for me. Best to let yours decide too.
