My beta hcg numbers came a little lower than what i expected at this stage and now im stressing. Wondering if some particular foods can naturally bring it up or if thats just a myth. Anyone been told something by their doctor about this?
I used to obsess over my hcg numbers honestly and looked for ways to help it. My doctor gently told me food has nothing to do with it, it rises on its own. That actually calmed me down a lot.
No food can raise hcg, it is produced by the pregnancy itself and doubles on its own early on. Eat nutritious food for your overall health, not to bump the hormone. If you want to track hcg, only the blood test shows it.
Food does not increase your hcg, that hormone rises on its own as the pregnancy progresses. My doctor explained the levels go up naturally in the early weeks and they track it with blood tests. Eating well keeps you healthy but it wont change the hcg number.
