I used to drink giloy juice regularly for immunity before, and now im 12 weeks. stopped it once i found out but my mom is saying it should be fine to continue. im not so sure though. anyone took giloy during pregnancy?
I would not take giloy in pregnancy without asking the doctor honestly. These herbal juices are strong and not all are tested as safe for pregnant women. Pls check with ur gynac before starting it.
Beta giloy is good for immunity normally but in pregnancy I would be careful. Better to ask ur lady doctor first before drinking it daily. Har cheez pregnancy me allowed nahi hoti.
Just because its ayurvedic doesnt mean its automatically safe in pregnancy. There isnt enough clear info on giloy for pregnant women, so doctor advice is best here. Dont assume herbal equals harmless.
