Can go for movie during pregnancy?

im 18 weeks and my friends are planning a movie this weekend. MIL is saying the loud sound is not good for baby na. is that really a thing or can i just go and enjoy?

Totally fine. I went till my 7th month both times. Avoid very loud action movies if the sound bothers you, and book an aisle seat so you can get up easily.

I'm 8 months and the only problem is getting up from those seats looks like a whole event lol. But yes go, just nothing that makes you cry too much, hormones already on overdrive.

Haan go, actually it's a nice break for the mind. Just keep a light shawl, theatres AC is killer and I always felt cold during pregnancy.

I overthought this too, was scared the loud sound will affect baby. Doc just laughed and said go relax. Just don't pick something super stressful or scary maybe.

Of course yaar go enjoy! Just don't sit too long, get up in the interval, stretch and pee. Carry your own snacks na cause theatre food is too oily.
