My first beta came back on the lower side and im honestly worried sick. Doc said we will repeat the test but the wait is killing me. Has anyone had low hcg and still a healthy pregnancy?
I know how scary that number can feel, I watched mine so closely. But low can still go on to be a healthy pregnancy, the trend matters more than one value. Hang in there and let your doctor track the rise gently.
My gynac said a single low hcg number doesnt mean much, what matters is whether it is rising properly over 48 hours. Sometimes dates are just earlier than thought. She repeated my test and it was fine, so dont panic from one reading.
Low hcg sometimes needs closer monitoring, so please follow your doctor for the repeat tests and scan. They will know if it is just early dates or something to watch. Dont read too much online alone.
