Can having sex during first trimster can csudr misscarriage?
Just found out im pregnant, around 7 weeks. Me and husband are both scared to be intimate because we keep worrying something might go wrong this early. Is this fear valid or are we overthinking it? want to know what others did in first trimester.
There's no evidence that sex causes miscarriage in a healthy low-risk pregnancy. Miscarriages mostly happen due to other reasons. That said, if you've had any spotting or risk factors, clear it with your doctor first.
For a normal healthy pregnancy, sex does not cause miscarriage. The baby is well protected. I was active in both my first trimesters with no problem. Unless your doctor has specifically told you to avoid it, you're okay.
