Period is 4 days late and im getting these dull headaches almost every evening, never used to happen before. Trying to figure out if its just stress or actually a sign. anyone noticed this early on?
Haan headaches are common early on due to hormones. Stay hydrated, eat on time and rest. But if it is a severe headache with vision issues or swelling, dont wait, call your gynac.
