Can heterotopic pregnancy ruled out in 6 week scan?
Going for my first scan next week at around 6 weeks. I read about heterotopic thing online and now im a bit tense. Will they be able to fully rule it out at this stage or do they need a later scan? anyone who went through this pls share.
Oh god, ye sab dimaag me chalta hai toh neend hi ud jaati hai. Actually 6 week scan pe standard ultrasound me mostly dikh jata hai, but tension mat lo. Doctor se clear pooch lena scan ke waqt, koi pain toh nahi hai na?
Honestly, standard scans scan everything but it's best to be practical—just tell the sonographer specifically to rule it out. It takes 2 minutes extra but gives complete peace of mind, especially if you had IVF or something.
I remember reading about this during my pregnancy and getting so scared. Trust me, these cases are super rare, and 6 weeks is a good time to check via transvaginal scan. Just stay positive, your baby will be fine!
Mujhe iska jyada knowledge nahi hai, but maine suna hai ki 6 weeks me transvaginal ultrasound se doc clear dekh paate hain. Aap tension mat lo, and gynac se khul ke discuss kar lena please.
Please don't take any chances or Google too much, directly talk to your gynac. Agar severe pain ya bleeding ho, toh directly clinic ya hospital jao immediately. 6 week scan pe doc clear kar denge, but unhe batao jarur.
I felt so anxious during my first 6 week scan, my heart was racing. Mera doctor ne dhyan se check kiya tha and unhone bola ki normal scan me clear ho jata hai. Aap please thoda deep breaths lo, things will be fine.
