Read somewhere that crossing or pressing legs tightly is not good in pregnancy and now im overthinking it. Im in my second trimester. Sometimes i sit with my legs crossed out of habit, is that actually a problem?
Leg position has no effect on the pregnancy, the baby is fully protected. Only thing, late in pregnancy sit comfortably for your own circulation and back. If you ever have a specific concern, your gynac can reassure you.
Dont worry about such things beta. Crossing or holding your legs does nothing to the baby, it's well protected deep inside. Just keep your posture comfy so your back doesnt ache, that's all that matters.
Nahi nahi, kuch nahi hota baby ko. So many of us sit all kinds of ways through pregnancy. The baby is safe in the tummy, dont take tension over leg position.
No it doesnt yaar. Baby is safe inside the uterus, cushioned in fluid, your leg position cant reach or affect it. Sit however is comfortable for you. This is just an old worry.
