Can hot pack be used for back pain during pregnancy?
Im in my 6th month and kamar pain is killing me at night yaar. My mom said hot pack lagao but i got scared, is it safe on lower back during pregnancy? pls share if anyone used it.
I know how exhausting this back pain can be and how confusing all these do's and dont's are. I used to feel so anxious about every little thing. To be safe, I just took warm water baths which helped a lot, but ask your gynac first.
Take care dear, back pain can be so tough but try to stay positive and chant some prayers, it really helps the mind. I used a lukewarm water bag sometimes, but don't keep it too hot. God bless you.
I had terrible backaches and my hospital physio team actually gave me a proper posture guide. They told me warm showers are safer than heating pads. Pls drop a WhatsApp message to your hospital team or gynac before trying hot packs.
omg i was so scared to use anything warm because of the baby's temperature! I spent hours reading about it and finally decided to just use a warm pillow. Please call your doctor first because we shouldn't take any risks with heat packs.
beta back pain is normal as baby grows, but don't use very hot packs on your body. simple mustard oil massage with light hands is safer, ask your MIL to help. always keep bag temperature very mild if you must use it.
actually i used a warm heating pad on lowest setting because my lower back was literally dead yaar. but doctor strictly said no direct heat on the tummy, only back. just ask your gynac once before doing it.
