Can i apply move at my back during early pregnancy?
I've been having some back pain lately, and usually, I apply Move pain relief cream. But now that I'm in early pregnancy, I'm hesitant. Is it safe to apply products like Move on my back during the first trimester? I don't want to risk anything.
I was reading about this recently because I also get back pain. Apparently, strong ointments like Moov have chemicals that might not be safe during early pregnancy. It's best to ask your doctor for a safe alternative.
I had terrible backaches along with my severe morning sickness in the first trimester, so I know how exhausting it is. Please don't apply Moov or hot gels without asking your doctor, as some ingredients can absorb into the skin. Try a warm compress or just rest on your side.
My saas told me to avoid strong pain relief creams like Moov during early pregnancy. Instead, she gently massaged my back with warm mustard oil. It's better to stay safe and ask your gynac before applying any medicated creams.
Look, don't go applying random pain creams like Moov on your own right now. Early pregnancy is a very sensitive time. Just use a warm pillow behind your back for comfort and ask your doctor for a safe gel in your next visit.
Back pain can be so difficult to handle, even I faced it early on and later after my C-section. Please check with your doctor before using Moov, as many OTC pain creams aren't recommended in early pregnancy. A simple hot water bag (not too hot) on your back can give mild relief.
Please do not apply any pain relief ointments like Moov without consulting your gynecologist first. Some topical medications are absorbed into the bloodstream and might not be safe for the baby. Always get your doctor's approval for pain relief.
