Can i apply vicks all over my breast during pregnancy?

I have a bad cold and blocked chest right now, 7 months pregnant. My mom told me to rub vicks but i wasnt sure if its safe to put all over the breast area at this stage. Pls share if anyone has done this.

Beta for a cold we used a little Vicks on chest and back, not all over the breast. Pregnancy skin is delicate, so go light and avoid the nipple area completely. Better ask your doctor if you have a bad cold.

Please keep any balm away from the nipple area, that matters a lot for later feeding. A tiny bit on upper chest for cold is what people do, not all over. When in doubt, ask your gynac na.

I only ever used a little on my throat and upper chest when I had cold, never spread it all around the breast. Cant say its right for you though, best to confirm with your doctor.

I wouldnt slather strong balms all over the breast area, especially since the skin is sensitive in pregnancy and you may breastfeed later. For congestion better to check with your doctor what is safe. Dont go all over like that.
