My cycle is usually around 32 days and we were together on day 9. Im trying to understand my fertile window properly because im actively planning. Is day 9 too early or is there still a chance? thoda confused with all the calculations.
Honestly same doubt I had when we started trying. Every cycle is slightly different na so I stopped stressing over exact days. We just kept it relaxed during the whole middle of the cycle.
These window calculations are only estimates actually. If you are tracking for conceiving, a gynac can guide you better with a simple follicular study. That gave us much more clarity than guessing days.
For a 32 day cycle ovulation is usually around day 18, so day 9 is a bit early but sperm can survive few days. I used a tracker app and it really helped me see my fertile window. Try logging your cycle, makes it clearer.
