Been dealing with a painful fissure for a while now and its making the whole TTC thing so difficult and stressful. embarrassing to even ask but i had to. has anyone managed to conceive while having this issue?
Relax, the two are not connected na. Fissure is uncomfortable but it doesnt touch ur fertility. Keep ur stools soft with fibre and water, see a doctor if it keeps coming back, and carry on trying.
It doesnt affect conceiving at all, dont worry on that front. I would just say get the fissure looked at by a doctor because the pain and straining is no fun, and it can flare more with pregnancy constipation later. Treat it now.
Yes a fissure has nothing to do with ur ability to conceive, totally separate area and system. It just makes that area painful, especially with constipation. Get the fissure treated so u are comfortable, but it wont stop pregnancy.
Conceiving is not affected by a fissure. But please do see a doctor for it, because if it stays through pregnancy the constipation phase can make it worse. Better to sort it out before.
