I am 5 days before expected period and already feeling impatient. There is mild breast pain and sleepiness but maybe PMS also. Is there any reliable way to know this early?
I was too impatient and tested 3 days early, got negative, then positive after my date. So yeah technically early is possible but it stressed me out. Honestly waiting a couple days saves a lot of confusion.

Its possible but not reliable before the missed period, the hormone is often too low to detect early. Best to wait till the period date or a day after. A blood beta hCG test can pick it up a bit earlier than urine kits though.
