My cousins wedding is next month and I really wanna dance, im in 2nd trimester now and feeling pretty good. Just thoda scared if jumping or fast moves is okay. Did anyone dance at functions during this time?
I actually danced quite a bit in my cousin's sangeet during my fifth month! I kept my steps very basic and wore flat comfortable shoes. Just make sure your doctor has cleared you for physical activity first.
Oh my, I would be so scared of slipping or jumping too hard! Second trimester is safer but what if u lose balance? If you really want to, maybe just do very slow steps and keep someone nearby just in case, but stay super careful.
Yaar go for it but keep it light! Don't stress too much, just avoid heavy Bollywood moves or jumps. Listen to your body and if you feel even thoda tired, sit down and drink water.
Keep it realistic and don't overdo it. If you have an active lifestyle, light swaying is fine, but skip any high-energy routines or wedding choreography. Always ask your gynac in your next visit just to be 100% sure.
Aap bilkul thoda bahut dhiire dhiire dance kar sakte ho, koi dikkat nahi hai. Bas jhatke mat lagana aur thak jao toh turant baith jaana. Apne aur bacche ke acche swasthya ke liye dhyan rakhna.
Haan na, light dancing is totally fine if you feel energetic! Just don't do any fast movements or heavy twisting, ok? Aaram se slowly thumka lagao, but take breaks in between.
Honestly, after crossing that horrible first trimester vomiting phase, you must be feeling so active! Go ahead and enjoy, but remember not to strain yourself. Just stop immediately if you feel even slightly breathless.
