My period is around 4-5 days late and im so impatient to know. Its been roughly a month since my last cycle. Will a home test show correctly now or should i wait a bit more?
At 30 days if your period is already missed, yes a home kit should show it clearly. Use first morning urine for the best result. If irregular periods, a blood test is more reliable.
By 30 days from your last period the hcg is usually enough for a urine test, my doc confirmed this. If you got a faint line, repeat after two days. Blood test gives certainty if you are still unsure.
