Can i do a pregnancy test 1 week after conception?

I think I conceived about a week ago, and I'm very eager to find out. Is it possible to get an accurate pregnancy test result just one week after conception?

Beta thoda jaldi hai ye test karna. At least missed period tak ruko na tab acche se report aayegi. Bhagwan sab acha karenge, load mat lo bilkul bhi.

Honestly koi fayda nahi hoga abhi test karke, negative hi aayega because levels low hote hain. Apne periods miss hone ka wait karo pehle. Calm raho and dont stress out too much.

Actually 1 week too early ho jayega accuracy ke liye. Mere time pe sweet cravings control karte karte bohot wait kiya tha. Gynac se baat karke blood test karalo, and try to eat healthy from now only.
