Actually, 2 days after ovulation is way too early to get an accurate result on a home kit. Even my senior consultant at the hospital told me that implantation itself takes about 6 to 12 days. Better to wait at least until your missed period before testing.
It is definitely too early for a test as the pregnancy hormone takes time to build up. Focus on your regular light walks or yoga for now if your doctor has allowed it. Keep yourself distracted and test after 10-12 days at least.
