Yes its generally safe in a normal healthy pregnancy. The baby is well protected. But if you have any bleeding, pain or your doctor said high risk, then avoid and ask her first.
Please ask your gynac before, because for me i was told no due to placenta position. In normal cases its fine but every pregnancy is different so confirm with your doctor once.

Medically yes its considered safe unless there are complications like bleeding, low placenta or risk of preterm. Since you can't know your own risk for sure, one quick word with your gynac settles it.
