I got bleeding but it is lighter than my normal period, and I still feel pregnancy symptoms. I am confused whether testing during bleeding makes sense. Has anyone tested while bleeding?
Technically the test reads the hcg hormone in urine, not affected by bleeding. But my doctor said if you're getting a full proper period, pregnancy is unlikely. If it's light spotting and you've missed your date, test and if confused get a blood test done.
If you're actually bleeding like a real period, you're most likely not pregnant, so a test isnt really needed then. But sometimes spotting gets confused with period. If unsure, test after the bleeding stops with first morning urine.
