We just started trying this month and i dont want to stop my gym routine completely. Squats are my fav but my MIL keeps saying avoid heavy stuff. Anyone continued working out while ttc?
Squat all you want right now. It only really matters to be careful once you're actually pregnant, and even then light movement is fine. Keep it normal weight, dont overdo.
With my PCOS the doc actually encouraged exercise like squats to help, so it should be okay for you too. But everyone's body is different, maybe just mention your routine to your gynac once.
Squats are totally fine while trying, actually they help your legs and core. I kept doing them till my doc said to ease up later. Just dont go super heavy with weights and you're good.
Yaar you can absolutely squat, trying to conceive is not the time to stop moving. Stay active, dont stress about it too much, that part matters more honestly.
