Can i do sunsalutation insecond week of pregnancy?
I normally do Surya Namaskar (Sunsalutation) regularly as part of my fitness routine. I just found out I'm in my second week of pregnancy; is it safe to continue doing sun salutations?
I just delivered recently and I had stopped all dynamic Surya Namaskars during my first trimester because of sudden cramps and fatigue. It's better to rest and ask your gynac in your first scan.
Arey high-fi yoga classes ki zaroorat nahi hai is time pe. Just stick to simple ghar pe walking and light breathing exercises. Heavy backbends completely avoid karo safe side ke liye.

Honestly, 2nd week me safe side rehna hi best hai. Scale down your workout and don't do complex sunsalutations right now. Keep it light with simple walking, much easier to fit in a busy schedule too.
