My husband occasionally has a beer, and I'm wondering if a small sip or even a non-alcoholic beer is okay. Can I drink beer at all during pregnancy, or is it completely off-limits?
No beta, alcohol or beer is not good for the baby inside. For cooling down, drink fresh coconut water, lassi or nimbu paani instead. These are much safer and healthy for both of you.
Honestly, even thinking about it makes me anxious! Alcohol goes directly to the baby through placenta, so please don't take any risk. There are many safe non-alcoholic drinks in the market if you really crave the taste.
My feet are swollen and I am carrying a heavy bowling ball, I would love a chilled beer too! But sadly, we have to skip it until baby arrives. Stick to ginger ale or mocktails for now.
Hey, don't stress too much about the craving, it happens! But please skip the beer for now as alcohol isn't safe for the baby. Try some nice iced tea or virgin mojito instead, they are super refreshing.
Please avoid alcohol completely. No amount of beer is safe for the baby's development. Having gone through a miscarriage, I know how precious this life is, please protect your baby and stay away from beer.
Oh trust me, I wanted a cold drink so bad during summers but alcohol is a strict no during pregnancy. Gynac told me even a little bit is risky. I had to settle for mocktails and fresh juices instead!
