Everyone around me keeps saying drink nariyal pani daily, its so good for the baby. But i wanted to ask if its actually fine to have everyday and from which month? Pls share.
Totally fine and actually good, it keeps you hydrated and helps with acidity. I had it a few times a week. Just have fresh nariyal pani, not the packaged sugary versions.
It's a healthy drink, I had it but kept it in check because it does carry some natural sugar. Plain tender coconut water is fine in moderation. If you watch your sugar, just dont overdo the quantity.
Coconut water was my go to in pregnancy, so refreshing especially in summer. Felt nice when I had acidity too. Fresh one straight from the vendor tastes the best honestly.
