There is a family function coming up and everyone will be having drinks. Im 9 weeks and honestly confused if even one glass is okay or totally no. Just want to know what others did.
Listen to me, please don't take any risks with this. Even a small amount of alcohol can harm the baby's development. If you feel like having something fancy, try a nice fresh mocktail or coconut water instead, okay?
No way, alcohol is a strict no-no! Managing one baby is hard, managing twins with pregnancy brain is harder, we don't need any extra complications. Stick to milkshakes or lime juice for now, bar is closed!
Seriously, don't even think about it. Alcohol is totally unsafe for the fetus. If u are going out with friends, just order a virgin mojito and enjoy, safety comes first always.
Medically speaking, there is no proven safe limit for alcohol during pregnancy. All major guidelines advise complete abstinence. Please speak to your gynac if you are finding it hard to avoid or have concerns.
Please, I request you to completely avoid it. After going through a painful loss, I realized how fragile these months are. Even a tiny risk is not worth it, please protect your little one.
