It's getting so hot here and i feel weak by afternoon, my mom keeps saying have glucon d for energy. But im 6 weeks and not sure if all that sugar is ok now. anyone had it during their pregnancy?
I had to avoid glucon d because of my gestational diabetes, it spikes sugar. If your sugar is normal, occasional small amount is fine. But honestly coconut water or lemon water is a healthier option for energy na.
Haan a little glucon d for energy now and then is okay, especially in summer. I had it sometimes when i felt weak. Just dont have it too often since its sugary, and check with your gynac if you have any sugar issue.
I preferred natural hydration over glucon d honestly, like nimbu pani and coconut water. But an odd glass for a quick energy lift is okay if doctor allows. Just dont rely on sugary drinks daily.
