On these cold evenings i just feel like having a hot bowl of knorr soup, so easy to make. But then i think about all the packet stuff and salt in it. Do u all have these readymade soups during pregnancy?
On busy days I did grab a packet soup, its quick and harmless once in a while. But I tossed in some boiled veg or paneer to bulk it up. For everyday, homemade is healthier and not much extra effort.
I had to watch packet soups because of the salt and hidden stuff with my condition. Once in a while was fine but I leaned on homemade veg soups. If you have any BP or sugar issue, keep packet ones limited.
An occasional packet soup is okay if you fancy it, just know its high in salt and not very nutritious. I sometimes added veggies to it to make it better. Fresh homemade soup is honestly the smarter choice most days.
