Can i drink lemon water after taking medicine in pregnancy?
Doc gave me some tablets and i love my nimbu pani in the morning. Just not sure if i should drink it right after the medicine or leave a gap. Anyone know if its fine?
Since I had a high-risk pregnancy, I was very careful about not mixing anything with my medicines. Some medicines need to be absorbed properly, and citrus can sometimes interfere with that. I would strongly suggest asking your gynecologist or pharmacist if it is okay to drink lemon water with your specific pills.
It is always good to stay positive and take care of your health with natural things. Lemon water is very refreshing, but it is best to take your medicines with plain water first. Praying for your healthy journey, everything will go smoothly!
Beta, gungune paani se dawai khao aur uske aade ghante baad hi nimbu paani piyo. Nimbu paani acidity ke liye accha hai, par dawai ke sath turant lene se pet mein gaddbadd ho sakti hai. Apne dhyan rakhna acche se.
Beta, traditional wisdom says we should always take medicines with simple plain water only. Lemon water is a good home remedy for nausea, but drink it after some time, not immediately with the medicine. Be careful and stay healthy.
Haan, lemon water toh peekar bahut accha lagta hai, especially tab jab acidity lagti hai na. Par medicine ke turant baad mat piyo, thoda gap rakh lo safe side ke liye. Rest, apke doctor ne jo medicine di hai, bas wahi lena.
Having PCOS made me track every small thing, and I usually kept a gap of at least 30-45 minutes between taking my medicines and having lemon water. Citrus is great for health, but giving your body time to absorb the medicine first is a safer habit.
