My mom keeps soaking almonds for me every morning saying its good for the baby's brain. But i read somewhere too many nuts arent great, so now im confused how much is ok. Anyone been eating them daily?
Amma gave me soaked almonds every morning and I felt good having them. They are a healthy snack with good fats. Just keep it to a moderate handful, and if you have any nut allergy do check with your gynac.
Beta, badam are very good, we always soaked a few overnight and ate them in the morning for the baby's brain, as elders say. A small handful daily is plenty. Soaked ones are easier on the stomach.
Almonds were my go to crunchy snack when I wanted something guilt free. Soaked or roasted, both were lovely. Just dont eat a whole bowl in one go, a handful is enough yaar.
