We have homemade amla murabba at home and i suddenly started craving it. Its sweet so im a bit unsure with all the sugar. Anyone had it during pregnancy?
Beta amla murabba is fine in moderation, we gave it to pregnant ladies for vitamin C and digestion. Just remember it has a lot of sugar in the syrup, so dont overdo it. One piece is enough.
Just be a little careful with murabba because of the heavy sugar syrup, that was a concern for me with my sugar levels. The amla itself is healthy. If you have any sugar issues, check the amount with your gynac.
