We are trying to conceive and someone told me amla helps fertility. I know food alone may not do magic, but I am curious. Did anyone include amla while trying?
I was eating amla too while trying, its rich in vitamin C and good for overall health. But honestly it isnt a magic thing to make u conceive. Eating healthy helps the body but timing and other factors matter, maybe check with a doctor too.
I read amla is great for immunity and overall reproductive health, so I add it to my diet. Doesnt directly cause pregnancy though. I'm pairing it with a healthy lifestyle and tracking my cycle, thats the real help.
With my PCOS I focused on overall healthy eating including amla, vitamin C is good. But conceiving needed more than food for me, my doctor guided the cycle and tests. So eat it for health, but dont rely on it alone, do see a doctor if trying a while.
Amla is healthy and a good antioxidant, no harm having it. But I'll gently say no single food guarantees pregnancy, I learnt that the hard way. If its taking time, a doctor visit to check both partners helps more than any one food.
