My mom keeps saying bajra is heaty and i should avoid in pregnancy, but i actually love bajra roti in winters. Im in my 5th month. Confused if i should listen or its just a myth?
Beta bajra roti is very nourishing, we ate it a lot in our village days. It gives strength and iron. Just in winter mostly and with a little ghee, it is wholesome for you and baby.
