I usually have one boiled egg in breakfast but now im a bit scared after reading stuff online. Im 9 weeks. Is fully boiled egg fine or should i avoid? pls share what u all ate.
Yes but make sure its fully boiled, hard yolk no runny part. My gynac specifically said avoid half boiled or runny eggs in pregnancy because of infection risk. Properly cooked egg is great protein actually.
Boiled egg is my go to, I make 2-3 at night and keep ready. Quick protein when im rushing. Just dont eat them if they sat out too long, cook fresh-ish.
Only thing, in my early months the egg smell made me throw up. So if nausea is bad u might not handle it. Once that passed I ate it fine, fully boiled only.
