Im about 7 weeks and craving gajar a lot these days, eating it raw mostly. Someone told me too much carrot is not good early on. Is that true ya just a myth?
I felt so anxious about everything I ate in my first trimester. I loved eating raw carrots with black salt, and it really helped when I felt weak. Just wash them super well before eating.

Carrots are absolutely safe and packed with beta-carotene. Just wash them thoroughly to get rid of any soil or bacteria, and avoid having excessive carrot juice daily. Normal amounts in food are great.
Go for it! I ate so many carrots because they were easy to munch on and kept me full. With two babies inside, I was constantly hungry, and carrots saved me from constantly eating junk.
I did some research because I heard vitamin A can be tricky in pregnancy. My doctor explained that carrots have beta-carotene, which is a safe plant form of vitamin A, not the harmful synthetic kind. So eating carrots normally is totally fine and healthy.
