I love kaju and snack on it daily but now im 4 months and MIL says limit it. Im confused whether its good or not during this time. Anyone eating dry fruits regularly? pls share.
Ho na, cashews toh kha sakte ho. They are good for you, like protein and good fats. But, jaise sab bolte hain, thoda limit mein hi khaana, theek hai? Kuch bhi bahut zyaada khaana achha nahi hota. Take care and enjoy your pregnancy journey, darling.
Cashews are generally considered safe, yes. They offer some good nutrients. However, if you have gestational diabetes like I did, or are at risk, remember that nuts, including cashews, do have some carbohydrates and calories. So, it's always best to consume them in controlled portions and maybe check with your doctor or nutritionist about the right amount for you. Moderation is key.
Oh my god, yes! Cashews are like a godsend for pregnancy cravings, yaar. Go for it! Unless your doctor specifically told you not to, or you're allergic, munch away. They're way better than raiding the fridge for junk food at 3 AM. Just don't blame me if you finish the whole jar. 😉
Haan yaar, totally! Cashews are actually quite good. They have iron and magnesium jo pregnancy mein important hote hain. Just make sure you're not eating like a whole packet in one go, thoda control. Kuch bhi over karna isn't good. My gynac also said nuts are okay unless you have an allergy, toh enjoy!
Yes, you can eat cashews, didi. They are healthy. Just like with any other food, don't overeat. A small handful is good for a snack. Make sure they're not salted too much if you have BP issues. Otherwise, no problem.
Yes, absolutely! Cashews are totally fine to eat during pregnancy. They're actually a good source of healthy fats, protein, and some minerals like magnesium. Just eat them in moderation like any other nuts, don't overdo it. Make sure they are fresh and not expired.
