Im craving spicy crunchy stuff like crazy in my second trimester and kurkure is calling my name everyday. I know its junk but a little wont hurt na? curious what others did about these cravings.
Occasionally is ok but I'd keep it limited, these are very salty and oily. With my sugar issue I had to really cut down packaged snacks. If u dont have any such problem, just have it once in a while, not daily.
Girl I get it, the crunch craving hits different in pregnancy. I let myself have a small packet when I really wanted, then ate proper food after. Moderation is the only rule I followed honestly.
Haha the kurkure cravings are SO real, I lived on them some weeks. A little is fine yaar, u wont harm anyone. Just dont make it ur whole dinner, ur baby also wants some real food na.
Once in a while totally fine, I had my share of chips both pregnancies. The thing is too much salt isnt great, can cause bloating and water retention. Balance it with fruits and home food, thats all.
