Can i eat cluster beans during pregnancy with thyroid?
I have thyroid and taking my medicine daily, and today made gawar sabzi at home. Now I am overthinking if it affects thyroid or pregnancy. Anyone with thyroid ate cluster beans normally?
I had thyroid all through my pregnancy and ate gavar normally, cooked well it was fine. As long as your thyroid is controlled with your meds and regular tests, occasional veggies are okay. Just keep your follow ups regular and ask your doctor if unsure about any food.
Cooked cluster beans should be fine, it's not on any avoid list I know of. With thyroid the main thing is taking your tablet right and timing it away from food. For specific diet doubts your doctor or a dietitian can guide best.
Eat it cooked, in normal portions, no problem. Thyroid doesn't mean you cut out regular veggies. Just don't go overboard with any one thing and you're good.
Cluster beans cooked properly are generally fine in normal amounts. My family always said cooked veggies are okay even with thyroid. But since you have thyroid, just have it in moderation and trust your doctor's advice on diet.
