I add dhania to almost everything i cook and now my MIL is saying avoid it. Honestly confused na, its just coriander. Is there really anything to worry about or is it fine in normal amounts?
Coriander as a garnish or in food is totally fine, I ate it throughout. Just wash it well since leafy stuff can carry germs. Nothing to worry about in normal amounts.
Of course, we use coriander leaves in everyday cooking and it is completely fine. Just wash them properly to remove any dirt. My doc never had any issue with normal use.
