Sitaphal season is starting and i love it but my mom said avoid it during pregnancy, something about it not being good. im 5 months along. is there any truth to this or can i go ahead and enjoy it?
Beta custard apple is good, gives energy and is gentle on the tummy. In our time we ate it happily. Bas everything in moderation, dont overeat any one fruit.
Haan sitaphal is fine in normal amounts na, its full of good stuff. I enjoyed it in my pregnancy. Just dont eat a whole pile in one go, it has natural sugar so thoda limit me.
It is healthy but its on the sweeter side, so because of my sugar I kept the portion small. If ur sugar is normal a small bowl is lovely. Just keep an eye if u have diabetes in pregnancy.
Totally fine to enjoy in moderation, lots of nutrients in it. If u have any specific condition like diabetes, just run ur fruit choices by ur doctor once. Otherwise enjoy it na.
