Yes you can, dark chocolate has less sugar so its a decent treat. I used to keep a small bar in my office drawer for the afternoon slump. Just dont overdo the caffeine in it.
Dark chocolate is okay but just watch the quantity, especially if your sugar levels are being monitored. I had GD so i had to be careful. A small piece occasionally was fine for me, doc said so.
Omg yes i lived on dark chocolate squares. Its actually better than milk chocolate, less sugar. I just kept it to a couple pieces a day and felt happy. Cravings ka maza alag hi hai.
Haha yes please, who is going to stop a pregnant woman from chocolate. A little dark chocolate is totally fine, just dont finish the whole bar in one sitting like i did once.
