My mom keeps making drumstick sambar and says its very good for me now, but i read somewhere online that we should be careful with it in pregnancy. Im in my first trimester so just want to be sure before i eat it daily. Pls share what u know.
Drumstick in sambar or curry is absolutely fine and very nourishing, we eat it all the time. My mother gave me drumstick leaves too for iron. Just keep it as normal food, no need to overeat.
Drumstick the vegetable cooked in food is fine and healthy. Just dont take heavy concentrated moringa supplements without asking your doctor. As a regular sabzi, no problem at all.
