I usually have eggs almost daily for breakfast. Now im 6 weeks and my saas said avoid garam cheezein, so getting confused. Is egg ok in these early weeks ya should I stop?
Eggs are super healthy but my MIL strictly told me to avoid half-boiled or raw eggs during early days. Only eat fully hard-boiled eggs or well-cooked omelette, it's safer that way.
I was actually reading up on this because we are planning soon. Fully cooked eggs are apparently great for baby's brain development, so absolutely u can eat them.
Eggs are perfect for protein! I used to have two boiled eggs after my morning walk, which my gynac only permitted after seeing my early scans. Always check with your doc before starting any routine.
