Im in my first trimester and i really crave eggs but my MIL says avoid garam cheezein like egg right now. Im confused honestly. Is it actually fine to have eggs?
Eggs were a good protein choice for me, especially with my sugar issues since they don't spike it. Cook them properly though. Boiled or a plain omelette worked well in my diet plan.
Yes, well cooked eggs are great in pregnancy, full of protein. Just make sure they are fully cooked, no runny yolks or half boiled. I ate them almost daily both times.
