I love gajar halwa but used to worry if the warm nature of carrots or too much sugar would harm the baby. If you are anxious, just eat a small bowl in the afternoon. Moderation is always safe, don't worry!
Please enjoy it but make sure it's prepared safely at home with clean milk and carrots. When we are extra cautious, home-cooked food gives us the best peace of mind. Take care of yourself.
Arre haan, bilkul khao! Mere yahan toh sardi me dher saara gajar ka halwa banta tha. Bas thoda ghee aur cheeni limited rakhna, ghar ka bana ho toh aur bhi accha hai.
Of course you can enjoy it! Carrots are actually rich in Vitamin A, just make sure it's hot and freshly made. Don't eat too much market-bought ones to avoid stomach infections.
My tracking app says carrots and milk are great for calcium and vitamins. Just track your portion sizes so you don't overdo the sugar. A small bowl of homemade halwa is absolutely perfect!
It's totally safe to eat. Just be mindful of the sugar content, especially if your glucose test is near. Home-made with clean ingredients is always the best choice.
